Can my order be delivered internationally?
Yes. Timberlea Apparel is pleased to provide a dependable international shopping experience for customers around the world. International shoppers are able to see product prices in Canadian or US currency, guaranteed order totals, and cost-effective international shipping.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your shopping bag and click continue to check out. The checkout process calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse in the Ontario (Canada) to your selected international destination.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
The order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you will be billed by Timberlea Apparel. There may be additional fees assessed by the Customs officials in your country.
What are my shipping options?
The “Shipping and Delivery Policy” is a summary of delivery possibilities for our orders. You will be quoted a specific delivery options at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination. Shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
When am I billed?
Your credit card will be billed by upon confirmation of the order at the end of the checkout process.
Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?
We make every attempt to sell items that are generally accepted globally. Please confirm with the Customs officials in your country if you have any concerns about the possibility that any items cannot be imported into your destination country selection,
How can I track my order?
You can track the progress of your Timberlea Apparel package(s) using the link provided in the “shipment Confirmation” email sent to the email address you provide on checkout.
What will my credit card statement say?
Your credit card will be billed by Timberlea Apparel and your credit card statement will read "TimberleaApparel +1 800-919-8322”.

Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the gift cards.
What is your return policy for international orders?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within one year of purchase for a refund. After one year, we will consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship.
